Each archipelago of French Polynesia offers various and often specific landscapes and looking at a photograph is often enough to immediately identify a place.

Rangiroa is the largest atoll of the Tuamotu archipelago and its lagoon could contain the whole island of Tahiti. Its numerous and wide passes make the island a paradise for fishermen. A 2300m long airstrip makes it possible for many tourists to come enjoy the tranquillity and sea activities of the island.

The Marquesas Islands are located about 1400 kilometres northeast of Tahiti. These high islands have bluff coasts and rugged terrain, with deep and wild valleys. The postage stamp issued by OPT represents the typical pillars of Ua Pou. The whole archipelago boasts a very rich history with many ancient sites. Visitors are attracted both by the historical aspect and a certain art de vivre of its inhabitants.

Bora Bora – Since the occupation by the U.S. Army during World War II, its image embodies a kind of gentle lifestyle. Its cut mountain (Mount Otemanu) and shimmering lagoon are typical and have been a source of inspiration for many poets and artists. It undeniably is the place that appeals most to tourists visiting French Polynesia, and one of the world's best-known destinations.

We wish you a pleasant discovery of our islands.

Ia ora na and Manava
