The Post and Telecommunications Board has issued and offers for sale a postage stamp (with no face value) with permanent validity (PVS) as well as a booklet containing 10 adhesive PVS on March 1, 1996.
FEATURES
This postage stamp was sold for 51 F CFP -- the stamp is outsold -- and the booklet for 550 F CFP in all of the post offices of French Polynesia, at the Philatelic Center as well as at the Military Post Office.
This stamp with permanent validity is valid, regardless of future price increases, for letters rated in the first weight step of the domestic and preferential tariff.
